Yes, calling cards can be used with your Home Phone service. With Bright House Networks Unlimited Nationwide calling plan, you have no need for calling cards because it includes unlimited long distance calling in the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii), Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and N. Marianna Islands for as low as $39.95 per month (plus taxes and fees).
6. Will my Home Phone work during an electrical power outage?
Bright House Networks home phone service comes with battery-powered backup. During an electrical power outage, your home phone service will be available as long as the battery-powered backup stays charged, and your cable connection is not affected.
7. Can I call 911 using Bright House Networks Home Phone?
Yes, absolutely. Enhanced 911 (E911) services are supported. In case of a power outage, 911 access and other Bright House Networks Home Phone features may not be available.
8. Can I order Bright House Networks Home Phone for my business?
